Adamdighi Upazila (bogra district) with an area 168.84 sq km is bounded by akkelpur and dupchachia upazilas on the north, raninagar on the south, kahaloo and nandigram upazilas on the east, and naogaon sadar upazila on the west. Main riveris Iramati and Nadar. Raktadaha Beel are notable.

Adamdighi (Town) consists of 4 mouzas. It has an area of 4.17 sq km; population 5404; male 54.57%, female 45.43%; density of population is 1296 per sq km. Literacy rate 43.7%.
